Provider
All deliveries are made using the DHL Express service.

The cost for delivery will be calculated on the Shipping page on the website once the customer has entered their full delivery address including postcode.

The service includes all transport to the postcode provided and the cost for presentation to customs on arrival in the country.

Local duties/taxes
The payment of any duties or taxes levied on arrival are the responsibility of the customer. Any product that is returned for the non-payment of duties the cost of return and restocking will be charged.

Times of delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders between 3 and 7 days of receipt. You will receive the relevant delivery and tracking details on receipt of your order.

Occasionally, Sailforth Ltd may run out of stock of an item, meaning it could take longer to dispatch. We will inform you when they are expected to become available, if this is not acceptable you are entitled to cancel the order.

If at any time during the process of your order you notice that any of the information sent is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can correct it.

Liability for late delivery
Sailforth Ltd makes every effort to deliver goods within the declared timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If Sailforth Ltd does not deliver the goods within the declared timescales, you should request Sailforth Ltd to make the delivery within an additional period of time which after accounting for the circumstances is agreed with Sailforth Ltd as being appropriate. If Sailforth Ltd fails to deliver the goods within that additional period of time, you are entitled to terminate the contract.

Liability for damage during transport
Sailforth Ltd carries the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport, until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the goods from DHL or their local representative.

If you choose to return the goods – regardless of the situation – you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport, until Sailforth Ltd has taken physical possession of the goods.

In the event that you need to return a product, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee.

Any costs associated with the entry of the product in to your country can not be refunded by Sailforth Ltd.

Sailforth Ltd will pay the cost of returning the product providing the following actions and conditions are satisfied:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and conform to the supplied condition.
  • To make a return you must inform Sailforth Ltd by email to shop@blackravioli.com and obtain the required return documentation.

Refund time
Refunds will be processed upon the satisfactory receipt of the product and will be reimbursed using the original payment details in accordance with the T&Cs.

We aim to complete your refund within 7 days of acceptance of the returned product.
