Once you have ordered and paid for your goods at blackravioli.com, you will receive confirmation of the receipt of your order, and acceptance of your online payment.

Warranty

All of our products sealed units and are maintenance free providing they are used in the specified manner.  If your product is found to have a defect at any time during its period in operation, please contact shop@blackravioli.com.

Price and payment

Prices
The price applicable is the price in UK £ established on the website Shipping page on the date of order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery
Delivery charges are presented on the website Delivery section.

Payment
We accept payment by Worldpay. Payments to Worldpay are made in UK (£) pounds.

Your credit/debit card will be pre-authorised for payment at the time of ordering. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of the order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. You will not be charged for the goods until they have been shipped.

The Worldpay payment solution used by Sailforth Ltd is based on the SSL standard, which means that your information submitted in connection with the payment transaction is protected by encryption.

Should your order be rejected for any reason, a refund will be made to your card immediately.

Prices are subject to change without notice and we accept no responsibility for typographical errors.

Complaints

Any complaints will be handled by our customer service in accordance with the relevant national legislation.

Defective goods

If any errors or defects should occur with Sailforth Ltd products, you may claim remedy in accordance with statutory law on the sale of consumer goods.

To ensure that your card and personal details are not being used without your consent, Worldpay will validate your name, address and other personal information during the order process against third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.

In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity and all information provided by you will be treated in accordance with the Law

While every effort has been made to portray products accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Sailforth Ltd makes reservations for any typing errors which may occur on the website.

Severability clause

Should one or more of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful and invalid and thus not enforceable, this will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
